- Thermal inertia of the oven is minimized through careful choice of materials, including a stainless steel combustion chamber, to ensure baking temperatures are achieved in minimum time.
- Efficient insulation with LRB/Mineral wool up to 250mm thickness minimizes heat loss through chamber walls.
